What you can expect from us:
  • We will present a clean professional appearance. Our Field Technicians present a neat and professional teleco technician appearance.  Their uniform consist of a navy blue golf shirt with the Teleco logo and jeans or khakis.
  • We will verbally represent you or your customer.
  • We will follow instructions on your work order.
  • We will schedule your standard job for the next business day, if possible.
  • We will schedule your emergency job within three hours, if possible.
  • We do not charge travel charge within Hinds, Madison, and Rankin counties in Mississippi.
  • We will completely fill out your work order and fax in the completed work order, with customer signature, prior to leaving the site.
  • We will mail your invoice for the completed job within two business days of completion.
  • We will not contact your customer without your consent.
  • We can provide with many ways to contact us, except for technician direct cell phone numbers.  We can provide telephone numbers, blog comment addresses, chat rooms, twitter accounts, etc...
What we expect from you:
  • Flexibility in scheduling, when neccesary.
  • Payment net30 from date of completion of the service call.
  • Provide technical support, as neccesary.
  • Understand that if conflicts exist in scheduling, our end user customers take priority over your end user customers.
