log into the Administrators mailbox via normal procedures
when the system tells you how many messages are there, dial 9 to get to the main menu
dial 9 again for the Administrator menu
Dial 2 for the greetings menu
Dial one digit for the company number (usually 1)
Dial 1 for the Main greeting, 2 for the afternoon greeting, 3 for the evening greeting, 4 for the closed greeting, 5 for the holiday greeting, or 9 for message on hold. Note normally only the main, closed, and holiday greeting are recorded.
Follow instructions for saving the greeting.
Samsung SVMi
Press your VOICE MAIL (or VM) button. If you do not have a button, you can call the voice mail system. Normally, the pilot number is 509, 519, 529, or 539.
At the password prompt, dial *
At the main greeting, dial # (pound) 0000
At the password prompt, dial the administrator password. If you do not know your administrator password, call us at 601.707.8683
Dial 1 for the prompt menu.
Press 1001 for the Day prompt (greeting), 1002 for the Night prompt, 1003 for the holiday greeting, or 1004 or the (inclement) weather prompt.
